How do I know if a certain product is available?

Most products are available directly and will be shipped from our stock in Switzerland in 2-4 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Some products may need to be ordered from Ruskovilla Finland, in which case shipping times will be slightly longer.

The expected shipping time is mentioned on the specific product page when selecting a certain product (color and size combination), e.g., “available – expect 2-4 days’ delivery time” or “available – expect 2-3 weeks’ delivery time”. These expected delivery times are indicative, and we will do our best to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

In case there are any issues to deliver an ordered product in the expected delivery times, we are committed to informing you as fast as possible and refunding you for the item, if you wish.

I would like to modify or cancel an order that I just made. Is this possible?
It depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been processed and sent yet, then it is possible for us to modify the order. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or our email address (ruskovilla@ruskovilla.ch).
Which payment means are accepted by Ruskovilla Switzerland?
Ruskovilla Switzerland accepts payments by TWINT, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.
Where does Ruskovilla Switzerland deliver to?
Ruskovilla Switzerland delivers mainly to Switzerland and EU/EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) countries. We cannot guarantee delivery to other countries, but it is possible to inquire for potential delivery to another country via our email address (ruskovilla@ruskovilla.ch).
How are your prices calculated?

All our prices are quoted net, in Swiss Francs. Ruskovilla Switzerland covers any customs duties of our products imported to Switzerland. Our prices do not include any additional taxes.

A customer in Switzerland will not need to pay any import taxes or duties on our products. When shipping products internationally, ordered products will be processed by the customs in the customer’s recipient country. Please note that Ruskovilla Switzerland cannot take responsibility for shipments being delayed in customs in the country of destination. We are also not responsible for any additional customs costs incurred for international shipments.

How may I wash Ruskovilla products?

Ruskovilla products are made of natural fibers, which have “self-cleaning” properties, therefore they do not need to be washed often. We highly recommend airing them out after usage, which extends needed washing intervals. In case needed, most of the products can be washed either in hand-wash or in the washing machine (wool program) in 30 degrees, ideally using a detergent for wool and silk. Most Ruskovilla products are delivered in handy protective storage bags, which include instructions for wash and care. Please refer to the Wash & Care instructions on our website for more information.

How do I change the information on my account?
Login to your account via “My account”, using your email address and password. Here you will be able to modify all your account information.
How do I unsubscribe from the Ruskovilla Switzerland newsletter?
Each email newsletter has a link located at the bottom of the newsletter, “unsubscribe”. Simply click on this link to stop receiving the newsletter.
How do I use a promotional code or voucher?
Promotional codes can be applied to your order by going to your shopping cart and adding a promotional code / voucher in the field. Once you have entered your code, be sure to click the “OK” button so that it is applied. Before using a promotional code, please verify the code’s validity dates and conditions of use.
